We now have 6 VAs across 4 client accounts. As we take on more clients and team members, Eli can't be the single point of contact for everything anymore. We need dedicated leaders.
Instead of waiting for Eli to address every question, concern, or issue — you'll now have two dedicated managers focused on making sure you're supported, performing well, and growing.
With dedicated managers, we can be more proactive with clients — catching issues before they become problems, delivering better reports, and building stronger relationships.
Both managers report directly to Eli. They work as a team to support you.
1-on-1 check-in: "How are you doing? Any blockers? What can I help with?"
Performance feedback: specific, private, and always aimed at helping you improve
Performance evaluation: formal review of the month's data and quality
Announcements, schedule updates, tool access requests, client-related coordination
Leave requests, schedule changes, onboarding tasks, logistics questions
Quick questions, urgent matters — same as reaching Eli

The Bottom Line
You now have more support, not more bosses. These roles exist to help you succeed.
“We don't just place VAs and disappear.
We support them, train them, and help them grow into professionals their clients can't imagine working without.”
